February 24th – The Filmpool 24 Hour Write-In

“ Planning to write is not writing. Outlining, researching, talking to people about what you’re doing, none of that is writing. Writing is writing. ” – E.L. Doctorow

“To make a great film you need three things – the script, the script and the script.” – Alfred Hitchcock

The Filmpool’s 24 Hour Write-In is a free screenwriting event that will take place over 24 straight hours. It will begin with an hour instructional lecture, followed by 23 hours to work on a new screenplay or continue a screenplay you’ve already started. If you have trouble finding time to commit toward your next script, this is that time.
