Official Synopsis:

13 Stories from the Centre of the Universe. In the spirit of recent films focused on Paris and New York, but set in a far more exotic location, comes I HEART REGINA. The 13 genre spanning films that make up I HEART REGINA assert that lives lived in this small city in the middle of North America are as important as lives lived anywhere. And while Paris and New York are visited by millions of tourists and have been the setting for hundreds of films, Regina remains in the realm of the uncharted, the unknown, and dare we say, the unfathomable. Until now. Discover the place that Mick Jagger calls the city that rhymes with fun. Discover I HEART REGINA.
