Work at the Filmpool!

Member Innovation Coordinator

The Saskatchewan Filmpool Cooperative is seeking a Member Innovation Coordinator (MIC) for a 25 hr/week permanent part-time position. The successful candidate would need to be based out of central Treaty 4 Territory or Regina for a combination of remote and in office work.

The roles and responsibilities of the MIC primarily deal with membership engagement/data management, communications and innovations linked to the implementation of our multi-year strategic plan.

The MIC will support the ongoing needs of the organization through bringing innovative ideas to our collaborative team. Ideally, the MIC will be a past or present member of an Independent Media Arts Alliance (IMAA) organization, preferably the Saskatchewan Filmpool Cooperative.

With innovation as a core component of the role, the successful applicant will work alongside the current staff and board to continue the work of redressing gaps in who the organization has served in order to create an affirming and welcoming environment.

The successful applicant will support the organization’s growth in ways that meets the access needs of our current and future members while striving towards a decolonial, anti-racist, queer positive, feminist and underrepresented gender affirming framework
