Witness, CSIF’s Commission Project for the 20th Annual $100 Film Festival, showcases six innovative films shot or finished to 16mm celluloid. The screening will be followed by an Artist Talk from James Reckseidler, a writer/director based in Calgary, AB, who uses traditional silent-era film techniques to engage his audiences on a highly emotional level. James is the co-founder of The Calgary Filmmakers Challenge; an annual screening event aimed at raising awareness of the local film community.
