We’re Reopening!
The Saskatchewan Filmpool Cooperative is thrilled to officially reopen for equipment access starting Tuesday, August 19th!
A huge thank you to our members and the community for your patience since our temporary closure last October. As shared at our AGM, the Filmpool’s finances are strong, and we’ve used this time to focus and strengthen our operations—so we can keep doing what we do best: supporting independent filmmakers.
Your trust and support mean the world to us.
In the meantime, if you have any equipment questions (or just want to say hi!), reach out to our Tech Director, Joel Tabak, at tech@filmpool.ca or 306-757-8818.
See you soon!
One thing I pay attention to with mobile gaming apps is how the interface feels after several minutes of continuous browsing. I spent some time exploring the Raxi Win APP and checked different sections rather than only looking at the opening screen. The menu arrangement was reasonably clear, and moving between pages felt more comfortable than I expected. I also noticed that I could locate the main options without repeatedly searching through the interface. For someone using a smartphone regularly, those small details can make the overall experience feel more convenient.
Everything about this platform feels simple and well thought out. I didn't need extra time to understand how it works because the layout is very clear. So far, I've had no issues while using it.
