The Filmpool is delighted to announce that Filmpool Production Member Dawn Bird and her feature film project ‘Loaded’ has been recommended by the Filmpool as our Telefilm Canada’s Micro-Budget Program applicant. Dawn and her team have put together a very impressive production, distribution and promotional package. Good luck Dawn as you and your film move on towards the next stage of this very competitive, national competition!
Over the past four years, the Filmpool has four of our members be selected for full Telefilm Micro-Budget funding and support, including Kelly Ann Riess for her documentary feature ‘Finding Al’, Daniel Redenback and Janine Windolph for their film ‘The Land of Rock and Gold’, and most recently, Lucas Frison for his soon to be completed ‘Talent’. Congrats again to those Filmpool members!
